Can you cater at the wedding venue we choose?+
Yes. You choose your wedding venue and we bring chefs, locally sourced ingredients and fully trained waiting staff to cook and serve there. We first discuss the venue’s permission for outside catering, kitchen facilities, access, power and water, and any equipment or temporary kitchen arrangements needed.
Can we arrange a menu tasting before our wedding?+
Yes, pre-wedding menu tastings can be discussed as part of a bespoke catering proposal. Availability, location, the menu to taste and any tasting charge are agreed in advance. A tasting is not automatically included in every package.
Do you work with private personnel management companies?+
We welcome briefs from private individuals, family offices, estate managers and private personnel management companies. Share the duties, working arrangements, location and any confidentiality or recruitment requirements.
Can I request a complete event team?+
Yes. We can shape a complete hospitality package for your chosen venue: chefs cooking on site with locally sourced ingredients, fully trained waiting staff, bar teams and service supervision. Your tailored proposal sets out the menu, agreed inclusions, any equipment or hire arrangements and staffing before booking.
Do you handle temporary and permanent roles?+
We welcome enquiries for temporary, seasonal and permanent hospitality recruitment. Please include the location, duties, hours and proposed rate or salary.
How do I book a chef?+
Elite is the sister company of Relief Chefs UK. For temporary and relief chefs, use the Relief Chefs UK app. For wedding packages and private chef enquiries, use our enquiry form. For permanent chef recruitment, contact the Relief Chefs UK team.
Is my staffing request a confirmed booking?+
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Availability, rates, responsibilities and terms must be agreed before a booking is confirmed.
